1/8/2023 0 Comments Gsplit 3 font![]() Unless you’ve figured out a way to automate this process or have a tool I haven’t seen (and if that’s the case, do me the kindness of dropping me a comment or an email) the only way to deal with this is manual. ![]() I’d really like to understand, because if you’ve never been on the receiving end of a 1.5 GB DAT file you haven’t really lived. Is there a functional reason I haven’t picked up on? Are there court appointed experts that are including this as part of a meet and confer specification for production of documents? Or is this simply a case of a poorly formed production agreement guided by mistrust to “give them everything and the kitchen sink” so there’s no basis for non-disclosure of responsive material? I’ve seen it often enough at this point that there must be some reason folks are putting full text into a DAT file.
